Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Lulra.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Lulra ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. What Lulra Is
Lulra is a wellness application designed to provide gentle haptic smoothing during sleep using Apple Watch sensors. Lulra is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Not a Medical Device
Lulra's sleep stage estimation is approximate and based on heart rate variability, motion, and time-based heuristics. Results vary between individuals. Lulra makes no guarantee that haptic interventions will reduce vivid dreaming, improve sleep quality, or produce any specific outcome. If you have a sleep disorder, medical condition, or concerns about your sleep health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Apple Watch Requirement
Lulra requires an Apple Watch Series 4 or later paired with a compatible iPhone to function. Core features including REM estimation and haptic delivery will not work without a connected Apple Watch.
5. Subscription and Payments
Lulra offers optional in-app subscriptions ("Lulra Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. We do not process or store any payment information.
6. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Lulra has no ability to issue refunds directly.
7. Health Data
Lulra reads heart rate, heart rate variability, and sleep data from Apple HealthKit solely to provide its core features. All health data is processed on-device and is never transmitted to our servers. We do not store, sell, or share your health data. You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lulra and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to disrupted sleep, missed alarms, or adverse health outcomes. Your use of Lulra is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
9. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes where possible.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
